Brian is an US Air Force veteran.  In a career stretching over 20 years, Brian has been a communicator, an instructor, an operator, a supervisor, and a manager.  As the most senior person on the base chaged solely with IT security , he focused on all aspects of network and computer security, information protection, compliance, oversight, and risk management.  He created local policy and procedure to enact higher-level guidance and set compliance standards for administrators and end users to follow.  He trained personnel from end users to upper management, evaluated effectiveness of procedures and adherance to standards, and tracked findings to closure.  For over 10 years, he's been the security guy that senior leaders trust.
